This is another fascinating read printed by Permuted Press. This is a very gritty (in a good way) book by Z A Recht. Action comes plentiful, well described, early and often. This a very detailed book with deep development of characters.

The Morningstar Strain- Plague Of The Dead, A Review of The Novel by Z A Recht
|The story follows a military group and an army research physician in their struggle to fight the breakdown of civilization and plain survival.
This Zombie outbreak is spread by a type of virus, and we are not privy to it's origination. There are plenty of shady government types, but the good and bad guy's are mixed with government, military and civilians. As civilization collapses they all fight to find a cure and expose what is happening to the public.
The action is very well done. The zombies are a mix of fast and slow type, but are not intelligent.
All in all, a very enjoyable read. Another I recommend. As always This book is available from multiple locattions includeing Amazon (link to the side).
